CURATIVE STAYS

Curative stays are an offer of a short treatment in the Health Resort for people who want to choose treatments from a group of medical treatments available without medical examinations.

Curative stays can last up to 7 days.

Extra charge for stay in Dom Zdrojowy in standard or comfort room - PLN 15 per person per day.
Extra charge for stay in Dom Zdrojowy in Premium room - PLN 25 per person per day.

PRICE FOR 1 DAY OF STAY INCLUDES:

• accommodation,
• boarding (3 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• 2 treatments per day (from Monday to Saturday - if treatments fall on holidays, they will be rescheduled for other workdays) - TREATMENTS FOR CHOOSING ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING LIST,
• nursing and medical emergency care,
• drinking cure,
• 10% discount on entry to the Cieplice Baths, 10% discount on entry to the SPA in the Health Center.

TREATMENTS LIST - As part of the health stays we offer some treatments available without medical examination:

• collective exercises in the Health Resort pool in the therapautic thermal water,
• bath in the therapeutic thermal water /individual/,
• ozone bath /individual/,
• pearl bath in the therapeutic thermal water /individual/,
• bubble-mud bath /individual/,
• whirlpool bath in the therapeutic thermal water /lower limbs/,
• whirlpool bath in the therapeutic thermal water /upper limbs/,
• multi-stream hydromassage in the therapeutic thermal water,
• Douches with the use of therapeutic thermal water,
• water jet nozzles - constant in the shape of mantel in the therapeutic thermal water,
• aerosols for eyeballs,
• individual ultrasonic inhalations based on the healing thermal water,
• individual ultrasonic soline inhalations,
• classical partial massage 10 min.,
• cryotherapy – thermogels,
• collective therapeutic exercises,
• individual therapeutic exercises.

In the case of the other treatments offered in the Health Resort medical examination payable once for PLN 30 is required.

DISCOUNTS for children:

• Children under 3 years - free of charge (child is not entitled to a separate bed, board and treatments)
• 50% - during the high (A) and low (B) season for children from 4 to 7 years (half meal portions).
• 20% - during the high (A) and low (B) season for children from 8 to 12 years (half meal portions).

Hotel day from 14.00 to 10.00. In accordance with the decision of the City Council of Jelenia Góra, we charge a local fee for each day of stay.

On Saturdays and Sundays, some treatments are not available.

LOYALTY PROGRAM: at the second fully paid stay the Guest receives a discount of 2%. At subsequent stays 3-9, the amount of discount increases accordingly, ie. from 3% to 9% and in case of 10 stays or more to 10% discount.

The condition of accepting the reservation is making a prepayment of 30% of the stay's value to the Company's account within 3 days from the date of booking. The remaining amount must be paid at the reception desk on arrival by cash or by card. In case of non-payment of the deposit, the reservation will be cancelled. Conditions for the buyer's resignation from a partial or total number of seats:
a) up to 30 days prior to the commencement date of the stay, the prepayment will be returned (reduced only by a handling fee of PLN 30),
b) less than 30 days to the date of commencement of the stay the Company will charge the guest a handling fee in the amount of 30% of the stay.
In case of non-use of packages/passes of full-charge medical treatments/SPA visits/recreational services as part of stays, the Company does not refund money for unused treatments and services.
