EYE RINSING WITH THE THERAPEUTIC THERMAL WATER (AEROSOLS)

Therapeutic effect:
As a result of the treatments, the patient feels the comfort of seeing because the eye is better hydrated, nourished and supplied with blood, so the amount of used drugs for eye moisturization is significantly reduced and periods of remission are prolonged. The therapeutic effect lasts for about 6 months.

Indications for adults:

  • chronic conjunctivitis and blepharitis 
  • recurrent episcleritis and scleritis
  • post-inflammatory changes of the cornea
  • dry eye syndrome
  • chronic and recurrent uveitis (from acute inflammation should pass min. 4-6 weeks)
  • states after intra-ocular surgery and cataract surgery (after 4-6 weeks)
  • unremitting irritation of the eyeball after surgery (after 4-6 weeks)
  • degeneration of the posterior segment of the eyeball, requiring improvement of retinal and choroidal circulation
  • AMD - macular degeneration associated with age early stage of optic nerve atrophy
  • glaucoma with regulated intraocular pressure
  • degeneratio pigmentosa, i.e. pigment retinal pigment degeneration


Indications for children:

  • chronic conjunctivitis

  • dry eye syndrome

  • degeneratio pigmentosa, i.e. pigment retinal pigment degeneration


Contraindications:

  • acute and subacute glaucoma
  • acute inflammation of the organ of vision
  • retinal and subretinal haemorrhages for peloid treatments
  • general contraindications to treatments i health resort (cancer, TBBC, tuberculosis, acute infectious diseases, cardiorespiratory failure)
