Fitness classes, Yoga and Nordic Walking

Fitness classes are held in the Gym in the Spa House (ground floor) on the following dates and times:

MONDAY
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

WEDNESDAY
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

FRIDAY
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Classes are held in groups of 10-12 people.



Healthy Spine classes are held in the Gymnasium in the Spa House (ground floor) on the following dates and times:

TUESDAY
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

THURSDAY
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

Classes are held in groups of up to 16 people. 

Circuit Training classes are held in the Gymnasium in the Spa House (ground floor) on the following dates and times:

WENDNESDAY
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Classes are held in groups of up to 16 people.

Registration for exercises is conducted by the Marysieńka Spa SPA. The Company does not refund money for unused exercises. The Company reserves the right to change prices, dates and times

Zumba classes are held in the Gymnasium in the Spa House at SPA Marysieńka on the following dates and times:
WEDNESDAYS
 4:00 - 5:00 PM

Classes are held in groups of up to 16 people.

Registration for the exercises is conducted by Uzdrowiskowe SPA Marysieńka. The Company does not refund money for unused exercises. The Company reserves the right to change prices and dates and times of the above exercises.
