In the immediate vicinity of the Cieplice Health Resort facilities there are two historic parks: Zdrojowy and Norweski Park. Their total area reaches 18 ha. Our guests use park alleys for daily walks, which are a perfect complement to therapy. People who plan slightly longer marches can go beyond the park boundaries to suburban green areas. By the way around the Wrzosówka river you can reach up to the Chojnik mountain, which is an enclave of the Karkonosze National Park. In the summer, our Health Resort organizes morning gymnastics (classes are free) - can be something healthier and more pleasant than the beginning of the day with exercises in the historic park?
The Jeleniogórska Valley is a paradise for cyclists. A large number of natural and architectural attractions in combination with a rich network of bicycle routes will allow you to plan an interesting cycling trip every day. Bicycle tourists of all levels will find something for themselves along the routes around the valley. The Health Resort’s guests can use the bike rental in the Dom Zdrojowy. Examples of bicycle routes available on the website rowerowa.jgora.pl
In winter, we invite you to ice skating on the artificial ice rink. Skates rental is available on site. The ice rink is active when the outside temperature drops below 8 degrees.
