OPHTHALMIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR BALNEOLOGICAL TREATMENT
Indications for adults:
- chronic conjunctivitis and blepharitis
- recurrent episcleritis and scleritis
- post-inflammatory changes of the cornea
- dry eye syndrome
- chronic and recurrent uveitis (from acute inflammation should pass min. 4-6 weeks)
- states after intra-ocular surgery and cataract surgery (after 4-6 weeks)
- unremitting irritation of the eyeball after surgery (after 4-6 weeks)
- degeneration of the posterior segment of the eyeball requiring of retinal and choroidal dilatation
- early stage of optic nerve atrophy, glaucoma with regulated intraocular pressure
- degeneratio pigmentosis
Indications for children
- chronic conjunctivitis
- inflammation of the cornea and "dry eye" syndrome
- chronic uveitis
- degeneratio pigmentosis
Contraindications
- acute and subacute glaucoma
- acute inflammation of the organ of vision
- general contraindications to health resort’s medical treatments (cancer, TBBC, tuberculosis, acute infectious diseases, cardiorespiratory failure)
