Morning exercises conducted by qualified physiotherapists of the Cieplice Health Resort are a great way to start healthy day. We invite both patients and residents of Jelenia Góra.
Place: we meet at the entrance to the Edward pavilion / Park Zdrojowy Str. 4/.
Hour/day: 7:30 AM every day except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
Duration: 20 minutes
Price: free classes
Morning gymnastics will be implemented from May of September
Note: classes will not take place in the event of rain.
