Uzdrowisko Cieplice

 

Post-traumatic and post-surgical rehabilitation is a therapeutic stay package specifically designed for people who need rehabilitation after surgery, surgical interventions and injuries.

Reservations can be made only for fixed periods of 7, 14, or 21 days. Periods start and end on Sunday.

PRICE FOR 1 DAY OF STAY INCLUDES:

  • accommodation depending on length of stay,
  • board (3 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner), stay begins with lunch and dinner on day of arrival and ends with breakfast on departure day)
  • 3 treatments of physiotherrapy or balneotherapy per day + 2 kinesiotherapy treatments on weekdays from Monday to Saturday / except Sundays / - (if treatments fall on holidays, they will be rescheduled for other workdays)
  • 2 medical examinations (next medical examination costs PLN 30)
  • 1 physiotherapist’s and dietetics's consultation,
  • nursing and medical emergency care,
  • 1 physiotherapist’s and dietetics's consultation,
  • aerosol for eyeballs in therapeutic thermal water depending on the length of stay (for 7 days stay - 1 aerosol, for 14 days stay - 2 aerosols, for 21 days stay- 3 aerosols),
  • drinking cure,
  • 10% discount on entry to the Cieplice Baths, 10% discount on entry to the SPA in the Health Center.

Within the stay, because of medical reasons, there are available the same diets as in the case of the stay on the basis of the agreement with the National Health Fund.

Additional information:
1. Company within the profile accepts only autonomous persons.
2. There is a possibility of providing individual care for the disabled for additional payment: rate per hour - PLN 10.
3. It is possible to serve meals to the rooms - in the price of stays.
4. Paging installation in rooms and treatment rooms.
An extra bed in the room changes the room category: from a single to a double room, from a double to a triple room.

DISCOUNTS for children:

  • Children under 3 years - free of charge (child is not entitled to a separate bed, board and treatments)
  • 50% - during the high (A) and low (B) season for children from 4 to 7 years (half meal portions).
  • 20% - during the high (A) and low (B) season for children from 8 to 12 years (half meal portions).

 

Hotel day from 14.00 to 10.00. In accordance with the decision of the City Council of Jelenia Góra, we charge a local fee for each day of stay.

On Saturdays and Sundays, some treatments are not available.

LOYALTY PROGRAM:at the second fully paid stay the Guest receives a discount of 2%. At subsequent stays 3-9, the amount of discount increases accordingly, ie. from 3% to 9% and in case of 10 stays or more to 10% discount.

Booking and information available 24 hours a day:


The condition of accepting the reservation is making a prepayment of 30% of the stay's value to the Company's account within 3 days from the date of booking. The remaining amount must be paid at the reception desk on arrival by cash or by card. In case of non-payment of the deposit, the reservation will be cancelled. Conditions for the buyer's resignation from a partial or total number of seats:
a) up to 30 days prior to the commencement date of the stay, the prepayment will be returned (reduced only by a handling fee of PLN 40),
b) less than 30 days to the date of commencement of the stay the Company will charge the guest a handling fee in the amount of 30% of the stay.
In case of non-use of packages/passes of full-charge medical treatments/SPA visits/recreational services as part of stays, the Company does not refund money for unused treatments and services.

Post-traumatic and post-surgical rehabilitation profile is directed in particular to patients after:

  • exacerbations of chronic diseases,

Contraindications for treatment as part of the stay:
general contraindications to treatment in health resorts (tumors, tbc (tuberculosis), acute inflammations, infectious diseases, cardiorespiratory failure), hypertension in the third period, pregnancy.
