Therapeutic stay with 2, 3 and 4 treatments per day is a classic stay in Health Resort, which is especially often chosen by our guests.

Extra charge for stay in Dom Zdrojowy in Premium room - PLN 25 per person per day

PRICE FOR 1 DAY OF STAY INCLUDES:

• accommodation,
• boarding (3 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• 2 treatments per day from Monday to Saturday (except Sundays) - if treatments fall on holidays, they will be scheduled for other workdays)
• initial medical examination (each subsequent examination costs PLN 50. )
• nursing and medical emergency care,
• drinking cure,
• 10% discount on entry to the Cieplice Baths, 10% discount on entry to the SPA in the Health Center.

Curative stay with three treatments/day - extra fee PLN 30/day.
Therapuetic stay with four treatments/day - extra fee PLN 60/day.



Hotel day from 14.00 to 10.00. In accordance with the decision of the City Council of Jelenia Góra, we charge a local fee for each day of stay.
 
On Saturdays and Sundays, some treatments are not available.

DISCOUNTS for children:

• Children under 3 years - free of charge (child is not entitled to a separate bed, board and treatments)
• 50% - during the high (A) and low (B) season for children from 4 to 7 years (half meal portions).
• 20% - during the high (A) and low (B) season for children from 8 to 12 years (half meal portions).

LOYALTY PROGRAM: at the second fully paid stay the Guest receives a discount of 2%. At subsequent stays 3-9, the amount of discount increases accordingly, ie. from 3% to 9% and in case of 10 stays or more to 10% discount.

The condition of accepting the reservation is making a prepayment of 30% of the stay's value to the Company's account within 3 days from the date of booking. The remaining amount must be paid at the reception desk on arrival by cash or by card. In case of non-payment of the deposit, the reservation will be cancelled. Conditions for the buyer's resignation from a partial or total number of seats:
a) up to 30 days prior to the commencement date of the stay, the prepayment will be returned (reduced only by a handling fee of PLN 40),
b) less than 30 days to the date of commencement of the stay the Company will charge the guest a handling fee in the amount of 30% of the stay.
In case of non-use of packages/passes of full-charge medical treatments/SPA visits/recreational services as part of stays, the Company does not refund money for unused treatments and services.
